  • Working in Today's Diverse Workplace
    In this workshop, participants expand their understanding of and respect for diversity in the workplace. They are given models and tools to help them strengthen their effectiveness in dealing with the many different groups of people they find in their daily work life.
  • Managing Today's Diverse Workforce (MTDW)
    The MTDW program provides information, tools, and perspectives to enable managers to better understand and manage workplace diversity. This program helps managers clarify their role in creating and reinforcing a respectful, inclusive work environment. Participants explore techniques and guidelines for non-discriminatory hiring, performance management, employee retention, and employee development.
  • Cross-Border Communication
    Dealing successfully with people from across the world is a critical part of many businesses today. Knowledge of effective "cross-border communication" can provide a competitive edge to your employees' global interactions. Participants in this program strengthen their cultural competence so they can understand and be understood by people from other places.

  • Harassment Prevention
    You can take an active role in maintaining your organization's productivity and reputation by preventing unwelcome behavior of a sexual or other nature. Our Harassment Prevention Workshop is designed to help staff members recognize harassing behavior in themselves and others and to interrupt inappropriate and illegal behavior should it occur. It reinforces your company's harassment prevention policy and procedures.
  • Harassment Prevention for Managers
    People in supervisory and executive positions have greater accountability for harassment prevention than line staff. In addition to providing material from the general Harassment Prevention Workshop, this program covers specific risks of illegal harassment to both the manager and the company. It also suggests actions that managers can take to promote a respectful workplace free from harassment.
