  • Working in Today's Diverse Workplace

This highly participative workshop deepens participants' understanding of and respect for diversity in the workplace. They look at the dynamics of inclusion as a business issue and get a framework, tools and language to interact more effectively with a broad range of clients and peers. Participants leave with workable solutions to common workplace diversity and inclusion dilemmas.

  • Managing Your Diverse Workforce Fairly

Seminar participants learn to prevent discrimination, reduce bias and mobilize the talents of staff of many backgrounds. We use the Managing Fairly Approach that promotes non-discriminatory hiring, culturally appropriate performance management, and inclusive talent retention. Attendees increase their recognition of how creating a climate of inclusion promotes and supports staff effectiveness.

  • Communicating Across Differences: an MBTI™ Approach

Bring your team to a higher level of efficiency and productivity by developing a "language" that improves collaboration and addresses staff challenges. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ) and a related communication and problem solving methodology, participants gain appreciation of how to leverage the valuable differences their teammates bring to their joint efforts.

  • Expanding Your Cultural Competence

Changing times call for changes in how we meet the needs of the ever more diverse client population we serve. This program will position you to offer more culturally appropriate services to people from a broad variety of cultures and countries where the customs, languages and thinking patterns may differ from your own. You will leave better able to deliver culturally competent services.

  • Harassment Prevention

Preventing sexual harassment and other unwelcome harassing behaviors lets your company focus on productivity while protecting its reputation and preventing the cost of harassment claims. This workshop will reinforce your company's harassment policies and help staff recognize harassing behavior in themselves and others. Participants leave prepared to recognize and interrupt inappropriate and illegal behavior.

  • Harassment Prevention for Managers

Your supervisors and executives have greater responsibility for harassment prevention and work climate than line staff. This program takes managers and supervisors beyond the basic information on illegal harassment and your anti-harassment policies. It provides understanding and practice in responding to allegations of harassment and to maintaining a welcoming and respectful workplace.
